Notorization!

In an article on "The Source" magazine we see Colin Tilley getting notorized for his work as a young director already working with legends in the music industry after just one year. On a letter to Riveting Entertainment blog Colin talks about how he felt during the day his whole life was turned around by first getting a call from label and management awarding him for his video of Justin Beibers "Never let you go." "I was THE most excited I have ever been in my entire life...." he said. The article from "The Source" magazine has Colin talking about his feelings on his climb up into the music industry. Saying it was "life-changing. I feel very blessed and wake up ever day that I'm living the moment to the fullest."

After I had seen the article in the magazine i was inspired and struck with a sense of awe. I never knew that talents could, or even would, be recognized at this age. This artist may not be making works we can touch but he's taking us on a visual roller coaster, and I am definitely strapped in for the ride.

A genius is born

The topic of music and film never cease to intrigue me. Technology has given us an everlasting gift. Cameras are the gateway into a new dimension that grant the ability to perceive the world in a new way. The visual world is a glorious phenomenon  that we can luckily record and view again and again. It allows us to unlock our creativity and enjoy the natural beauties around us. Music videos in particular are especially popular, yet the people behind the camera rarely go noticed. Filming of any kind is an art that is widely viewed. Music videos stretch the actual song and go beyond what people hear to what we see. While we love to adore the videos most people only give attention to the artists that appear in them not the people creating the magic. One director that has certainly not gone unnoticed is Colin Tilley. He is an inspiration to the the music industry and general people my reaching extraordinary goals in a career at the age of only 22. His style of production has taken his career to new heights and will certainly be repeated throughout the industry of entertainment.
